Please Note For Reservations Between November - April: The charge for heating the pool is $70 per night, payable up front. This is charged as a separate, optional fee. Summary: This beautiful home is well maintained and centrally located. We were in Phoenix for business and visiting family. This property is located in the Biltmore area and a short drive to all that downtown Phoenix and Scottsdale. The property is perfect for families.

Summary: Came here for a long holiday weekend/mini vacation. Jeremy gave us great recommendations for places to see and eat. The area was good and close to many things.The house is as advertised and the pool was perfect for us. He was very easy to communicate with. Summary: Our stay was wonderful. The location was great for us because we like to walk to get groceries, go to restaurants, etc. When we did need to drive, it was close enough to the highway (but not too close) that it was quick to get to places. The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool and outdoor area were great. The neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, it's a great place to stay.
